1) Our Hotel fully complies with the obligation and requirements of the Hong Kong SAR Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and will fully respect the guests' privacy when collecting, storing and transmitting personal data.

2) Our Hotel will only collect information that is necessary for us to support our general business activities and all personal data collected is subject to our strictest data security policies and only authorized personnel are allowed to access the personal information collected. At the same time, we will NOT share any personal data with third parties unless such action is authorized by the person in question.

3) From time to time, our Hotel may conduct direct marketing of our hotel latest offerings via email, direct mails, telemarketing, fax and /or other form of communication to the guest. Every guest has the right to refuse the delivery of such direct marketing by informing the hotel at any time.
