Terms & Conditions
| - | Check-in Time is at 1500 hours and Check-out Time is at 1200 noon. |
| - | All payments for reservation must be made before check-in. |
| - | 1 Child under age of 10 accommodated with parents without extra bed is free of charge. |

In case of cancellation more than 14 days prior to the arrival day , an administrative charge of HKD $300 will be levied for the refund. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at our apartments will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Company Policy) |
| - | An administration fee of HK$100.00 will be charged for the loss of each room card. |
| - | Guest agrees to be held personally liable for any damages to the apartments caused by the guest directly or indirectly. |
| - | A refundable deposit of HKD$500/night is required. |
| - | The apartments is entitled to deduct from the guest Deposit for any damage or loss caused by the guest (directly or indirectly) and also as a result of the breach of any terms and conditions herein. |
| - | For guest who decided to shorten the stay as booked, no refund will be given. (regardless of any circumstance or reason) |
| - | Rates are subject to change without notice. |
| - | Reservations will be held until 9pm local arrival time and one night-stay will be charged, unless the guest has prior consent from the apartments to waive such charge. |
| - | No Pets allowed within the entire hotel area. |
| - | No smoking allowed within the entire hotel area. |
| - | All reservation must be confirmed by our apartments before becoming valid. |
