Our spacious Superior room embraces modern and elegant design, which enable our guests to enjoy relaxing & comfortable accommodation. At the same time, the extra space offers our guest an extra sense of freedom, whether it is chatting away with good friends or having an important meeting, our superior room will certainly meet the needs of our guests.
Terms & Condition :
- Check-in Time is at 1500 hours and Check-out Time is at 1200 noon.
- All payments for reservation must be made before check-in.
- Up to 1 Child under age of 10 accommodated with parents without extra bed is free of charge.
- Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date wil incur the full period charge.
- Failure to arrive at the apartments will be treated as a No-Show.
- An administration fee of HK$100.00 will be charged for the loss of each room card.
- Guest agrees to be held personally liable for any damages to the apartments caused by the guest directly or indirectly.
- A refundable deposit of HKD$500/night is required.
- The apartments is entitled to deduct from the guest Deposit for any damage or loss caused by the guest (directly or indirectly) and also as a result of the breach of any terms and conditions herein.
- Once the guest has checked in, no refund will be given to guest.
- Rates are subject to change without notice..
- Reservations will be held until 9pm local arrival time and one night-stay will be charged, unless the guest has prior consent from the hotel to waive such charge.
- No Pets allowed within the entire apartments area.
- No smoking allowed within the entire apartments area
- All reservation must be confirmed by the apartments before becoming valid.
